By accessing this website, purchasing a product, or using any of our materials, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Products

We sell self-serve digital products for business owners and professionals who use Instagram for client acquisition and lead generation.

Unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page, our products are educational, self-study, and implementation-based. They do not include done-for-you services, consulting, coaching, managed implementation, or custom support.

Our current digital products may include, for example:

- a Notion dashboard or template

- downloadable PDF guides

- worksheets

- templates

- supporting digital materials

2. Delivery

After successful purchase, customers receive access to the purchased product through the delivery method stated on the checkout page, order confirmation page, or thank-you page.

For this product, delivery may include:

- an access file

- a Notion template link

- instructions for duplicating the template into the customer’s own Notion account

- related downloadable files

Delivery is considered complete when access information, download links, or template links are sent to the email address provided at checkout, or otherwise made available to the customer after purchase.

3. Customer requirements

You are responsible for providing an accurate email address at checkout and for maintaining access to any third-party tools needed to use the product, including a Notion account, internet access, and a compatible device or browser.

We are not responsible for problems caused by incorrect checkout information, third-party platform outages, customer device issues, or failure to follow setup instructions.

4. License and permitted use

When you purchase a product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the product for your own personal or internal business use only.

Unless we expressly state otherwise in writing, you may not:

- resell the product

- redistribute the product

- share access links, login details, or files with others

- upload the product to shared folders, communities, client portals, or membership libraries

- copy, reproduce, modify, republish, or commercially exploit the product

- create derivative products based substantially on our materials

- claim our materials as your own

A separate team, client, agency, or multi-user license is not included unless clearly stated on the sales page or in writing.

5. Intellectual property

All content, templates, guides, materials, branding, and product assets remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.

Your purchase does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

6. Payments

All payments are processed by our payment provider. By completing a purchase, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information and to comply with the payment provider’s terms.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, or breach of these Terms.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Digital products are generally non-refundable once access has been delivered, except as stated in our Refund Policy or where required by applicable law.

Where a payment provider acts as merchant of record, or where applicable law grants mandatory consumer rights, refunds may also be subject to that provider’s procedures and applicable law.

8. Access, suspension, and revocation

We may suspend or revoke access to any product, without refund where legally permitted, if we reasonably believe that:

- the product has been shared, copied, pirated, or misused

- a chargeback or payment dispute has been opened in bad faith

- false or misleading information was used to obtain the product

- these Terms have been violated

If a refund is issued, your license to use the product ends immediately and you must stop using the materials and delete any copies in your possession where legally enforceable.

We provide reasonable support related to product access and basic product use. We do not provide unlimited technical support, custom implementation, strategy consulting, or guaranteed response times unless clearly stated otherwise.

10. No guarantee of results

Our products are educational and implementation-based. Results depend on many factors, including your offer, audience, execution, consistency, market conditions, and experience.

We do not guarantee any specific income, sales, lead volume, client acquisition result, engagement level, or business outcome.

11. Disclaimer

Our products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We make no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, regarding completeness, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or results from use of the product.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from the use of, or inability to use, our website or products.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to a product purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that product.

We may update, improve, replace, or discontinue parts of our website, products, policies, or these Terms at any time.

The latest version of these Terms will always be posted on this page and will apply from the effective date shown above.
