REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to digital products sold by Nawal Nassif, trading as BoosterSteps.

1. Digital products

We sell digital products that are delivered electronically after purchase.

Because digital products can usually be accessed, copied, downloaded, duplicated, or saved shortly after delivery, all refund requests are reviewed carefully.

2. General refund rule

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, and except where required by applicable law or the payment provider’s rules, purchases of digital products are generally non-refundable once access has been delivered.

Access is considered delivered when:

- the access email has been sent to the email address provided at checkout

- the download link, access file, or template link has been displayed or delivered

- the customer has been given the ability to access, download, duplicate, or save the product materials

3. When we may issue a refund

We may issue a full or partial refund, at our discretion or where required by law, in situations such as:

- duplicate purchases

- billing errors

- failure to deliver the product

- a genuine technical problem that prevents access and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time

- a material mismatch between the product description and the product delivered

4. When refunds are usually not granted

Refunds are usually not granted for:

- change of mind after access has been delivered

- lack of time to use the product

- failure to implement the product

- dissatisfaction based on preference rather than product defect

- expected results not achieved

- failure to read the product page before purchase

- inability to use third-party tools required for the product, where those requirements were stated or reasonably necessary

- claims made after the product has been downloaded, duplicated, copied, exported, or shared, unless required by law

5. Access issues

If you do not receive access, cannot open the files, or experience a genuine delivery problem, please contact us first at: support@boostersteps.com

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. How to request a refund review

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us at: support@boostersteps.com

Please include:

- your purchase email

- the product name

- the order number if available

- the reason for your request

- any relevant screenshots or technical details

7. Review and anti-abuse checks

To protect against fraud, piracy, and abuse, we may review relevant order and access records when assessing a refund request, including:

- purchase timestamp

- delivery confirmation

- access attempts

- download history where available

- template duplication or file access history where available

- prior refund, dispute, or abuse history

We may decline a refund request or revoke access where we reasonably believe there has been:

- unauthorized sharing

- piracy

- abusive refund behavior

- false claims

- misuse of the product

- a bad-faith chargeback or payment dispute

8. Effect of refund

If a refund is issued, your license to use the product ends immediately. You must stop using the product and, where legally enforceable, delete or destroy any copies in your possession.

We may also revoke access to:

- download links

- bonus materials

- template links

- future updates

- support related to the refunded product

9. Payment provider and legal rights

Refunds are processed through the payment provider used for the purchase.

Where a payment provider acts as merchant of record, or where applicable law grants statutory rights, refund handling may also be subject to that provider’s process and mandatory legal requirements.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-excludable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

10. Chargebacks

Please contact us first before opening a payment dispute so we can try to resolve the issue.

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute does not guarantee a refund and may result in access being suspended while the matter is reviewed.
